Beverages

Carajillo:
Fresh-brewed coffee mixed with cinnamon and authentic pelupelu mezcal with a dash of lemon juice. Garnished with a dusting of cinnamon and a candied lemon peel.*Available either hot or iced

Najool Colada:
Aged rum, blended najool straight from Mamook, and cream of coconut shaken together and poured over ice. Garnished with two najool slices.

Mezcal:
Imported from all the way from Wachunpelo, this top shelf mezcal is served as-is, on the rocks. Also makes for good shots.

Tulliyollan Sangria:
Red wine steeped with fresh lime and orange slices with a splash of lemon juice, the Tulliyollan Sangria is the perfect refresher for a hot Thanalan day! Garnished with thin orange slice and mint.

Tural-garita:
A Tulliyollan staple, the margarita is made up of pelupelu mezcal, lime juice, and orange liqueur mixed into a refreshingly icy drink. Garnished with a lime slice and a salt-rimmed glass.*Rolanberry and nopalitender pear flavors also available

Pelupelu Paloma:
Pelupelu mezcal mixed with grapefruit juice, lime juice, and a little something extra, it's a spicier take on a classic Wachunpelo cocktail! Garnished with a grapefruit slice.

Piping hot cornbread baked fresh every day in a cast iron skillet. A little sweet, a little savory, and topped with butter, it's sure to whet the appetite!

Nopalitender Vegetable Stew:
Roasted Noplitender, corn, mesquite beans, onions, and carrots slow cooked in a vegetable broth overnight, just in time to make it to your table! Hearty and vegetarian friendly, it's hard to go wrong!*Available as a half size for an appetizer or full size as an entree

Shaaloani Skewers:
A set of three skewers made up of slow-roasted rroneek shoulder that's generously seasoned with paprika and Nao'li's top secret spice blend, and served on a bed of bell pepper and cabbage slaw.*Mild, Medium, and Hot spice levels available

Southwest Mesquite Soup:
Slow cooked mesquite beans, celery, bell pepper, and rroneek chuck shoulder in a hearty rroneek broth, served with a half-side of cornbread for your delectable dipping pleasure.

Chilled Nopalitender Vegetable Soup:
Pureed Noplitender, tomato, and mushroom soup and seasoned with Nao'li secret spice blend, this cold twist on a Shaaloani classic keeps the Thanalan heat at bay. Served with a half-side of cornbread.*Vegetarian friendly

Fire-roasted Nopales:
Slices of nopalitender roasted over an open flame, topped with a paprika pumpkin sauce, sour cream, and chives.*Vegetarian friendly

Bomb-grilled Rroneek Steak:
Grilled over the flames of a bombfire, this seared rroneek steak is melt-in-your-mouth tender.Served with a half-side of cornbread and your choice of bell pepper and cabbage slaw or a half-serving of nopalitender vegetable soup.

Kukuru Sweetmuffin:
A basket of six sweet muffins that have kukuru bean powder mixed right into the batter, baked to a golden brown, then dusted with powdered sugar.

Najool ponzecake:
A slice of ponzecake with Mamook's najool, kukuru bean powder, cinnamon, clove, and pecans making a warm spiced ponzecake that perfectly compliments any carajillo.

Aloe and Nopalitender Pear Jelly:
A cubed, sweet, cool gelatinous dessert made with real aloe and nopalitender pear juices topped with a healthy dollop of freshly made whipped cream!

Grammy's Fried Toast:
A set of two brioche slices dipped in a mixture of pure cane sugar, milk, and eggs, then pan-fired in butter until golden brown. It's then topped with butter and drizzled with a generous helping of maple syrup, just like Grammy used to make!!
